This application is filed by the applicant who is convicted for offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, for committing murder of his daughter. 2.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for State. Perused the record.

Applicant was last seen together with deceased Komal. His extra judicial confession made to his employer PW7 is proved by the prosecution. DNA report as well as chemical analyzer report support the prosecution case. Thus, prima facie, Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 2-appln-244-2025 there appears sufficient material on record to sustain the conviction of the applicant. We find no merit in the application. Application is therefore rejected.
