By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No. 2(b) imposed while releasing the Applicant on bail vide order dated 19th October, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 502 of 2024.

Applicant herein is now 80 years of age. The victim in the present crime is 85 years of age.

After hearing the matter for some time, the learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant submits that the Applicant desires to withdraw the present Application with liberty to renew his request in the event of change in circumstances. Liberty as prayed for is granted. 6.
