Ms. Vrunali Vilankar learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that by the present application, Applicant is essentially seeking extension of time to comply with the bail condition imposed by the learned Sessions Court in its order 13.05.2025 in Criminal Bail Application No.19 of 2025. She submits that request for modification of condition No.4, would be dependent on the request for extension of time to comply with the earlier conditions in the order dated 13.05.2025. She submits that as the order dated 13.05.2025 was passed by the Additional Sessions Judge Chiplun in Criminal Bail Application No.19 of 2025, Applicant intends to
15-appln-265-2025.doc approach the learned Additional Sessions Judge Chiplun, at the first instance for seeking extension of time to comply with the bail condition. She therefore, on instruction of the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to move the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Liberty as prayed for is granted. If any application is made before the learned Sessions Court Chiplun, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Application No.265 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as above.
