By the present Criminal Application, the Applicant is seeking quashing and setting aside the Order dated 21st June 2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Criminal Bail Application No. 2528 of 2025 thereby granting anticipatory bail to the Respondent No.1 in connection with C.R. No.142 of 2025 registered with Saswad Police Station, Pune Rural. Dusane

Mr. Ponda, learned Senior Counsel however, states that as the Charge-sheet is filed after filing of this Application on 2nd August 2025, it be only clarified that various observations made in the Order dated 21st June 2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune are prima facie observations and the same will not influence at the stage of the trial. 4.
It is settled legal position that the observations made in the Order granting Anticipatory Bail or regular bail are prima facie and they are not to be taken into consideration at the stage of trial. 5.
Accordingly, Criminal Application is dismissed, subject to above.
