The Applicant is an accused in Crime No.284 of 2025 registered with D. B. Marg Police Station. By the order dated 14th May 2025, the Sessions Court has granted anticipatory bail to the Applicant on various conditions. One of the conditions is that the Applicant/Accused shall not travel abroad without prior permission of the trial Court. The applicant had filed the application to relax the said condition. The learned Sessions Court refused to relax the said condition. Hence, this application is filed seeking relaxation of the said condition.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that for work purpose, the applicant is frequently required to travel abroad. It is further submitted that after passing of the order dated 14th May 2025, the Mugdha

2 4-APPLN 293-25.doc Applicant was permitted to travel abroad which shows that the applicant is not likely to abscond.

The applicant does not appear to be a flight risk. In that view of the matter, the condition imposed by the Sessions Court that the Applicant/Accused shall not travel abroad without prior permission of the trial Court is hereby relaxed.

The present Criminal Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
