The Applicant is the First Informant in C.R. No.191 of 2025 registered with Nhava Sheva Police Station, Navi Mumbai under

Sections 420, 406, 120-B, 34, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

A learned Single Judge (Coram: Rajesh S. Patil, J.) by order dated 1st April 2025 has granted Anticipatory Bail to the Respondents inter alia in view of the affidavit-cum-undertaking filed by them. The present Criminal Applications are filed seeking cancellation of bail granted by said order dated 15th April 2025 on the ground that the said affidavit-cum-undertaking which is referred in paragraph 2 of the said order dated 1st April 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge has not been complied with. 3.

However, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents state that the parties have voluntarily entered into the Consent Terms and the Respondents have complied with the affidavit-cum-undertaking, which has been referred in the order dated 1st April 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in the manner as is more particularly set out in the Consent Terms.

Both the learned Counsel state that the Applicant and the Respondents are personally present in Court.

Both the learned Counsel state that the parties will be filing proceedings seeking quashing of the complaint by consent, as the said Consent Terms have been complied with.

Accordingly, the said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

7.

In view of the Consent Terms, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Criminal Applications. 8.

Accordingly, the Criminal Applications are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
