This Court by order dated 07.04.2025 granted last chance to the respondent to appear before this Court. However, none appears still now. Considering this, the matter is taken up today for final disposal. This application is filed seeking transfer of the proceeding pending before the Family Court at Aurangabad to the Family Court at Pune. The proceeding is lodged by the present applicant bearing Miscellaneous Application No. E 181/2019. The applicant is now residing at Pune. It is alleged that the respondent - husband is not paying interim maintenance in spite of the order. It is now difficult for her to stay at Aurangabad and therefore, she is now residing with her

Considering that, in spite of knowledge the respondent has not appeared and that the applicant is residing at Ambegaon, District Pune, the proceeding is transferred to the Family Court at Pune. 4.

Criminal Application is thus allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and the same is disposed of.
