The report shows that respondent No.2 is served through her father and brother. The matter is under Section 498-A and other Sections of I.P.C. and the F.I.R. shows that respondent No.2 is now staying with her father. Under such circumstance, as per the provisions of Cr.P.C., the notice is properly and legally served. She has failed to appear. Taking into consideration the fact that the offence under Section 313 of I.P.C. is also involved, we appoint advocate Ms. Neha Udavant to represent the cause of respondent No.2.

We direct learned advocate for the applicants to provide copy of memo of application with annexures thereto to the learned advocate appointed, within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
