Both learned Advocates suggest that the matter may be referred for mediation and they are ready to go before the Mediator.

In view of above, Mr.S.K.Kadam, learned Advocate is appointed as Mediator. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediator. Learned Mediator to fix the dates for mediation and on conclusion, submit its report within one month from today. 3.

Learned Advocate for respondent points out that as per order dated 24-04-2024, applicant has deposited Rs.50,000/- in the trial Court. He has filed application seeking permission to withdraw the said amount. Learned Advocate for applicant has no objection for the same. Therefore, Criminal Application No.358 of 2025 is allowed. Respondent is permitted to withdraw Rs.50,000/- deposited in the trial Court. 4.
