Mrs. Lomte, learned counsel for the applicants has at the outset drown attention of the Court to the order dated 21 January 2025, by which an ad-interim relief is granted to the applicants which continues as on date. 3.

Learned APP would not controvert such position. 4.

The alleged incident appears to relate to a dispute/feud between two groups in the family, because of which certain injuries/hurt have been inflicted to some of the family members. In that regard an FIR dated 29 November 2024 in CR No.351 of 2024 has been registered. Shubham
