By an order dated 18th July 2025, the Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai, by condition (vi) to the bail order, directed as under:

"vi) That the Applicant shall pay Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs only) on every three months, from the date of this order, to the Investors as listed by the Investigation Authority. The accused shall pay the said payment till the fulfillment of entire payment Rs.1,56,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty Six Lacs only)."

The Applicant has filed the present Application seeking relaxation of the said condition on the ground that the said condition could not have been imposed, essentially in absence of any statement made by the Applicant.

Ms. Keral Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks time to place on record decisions of the Apex Court. Hence, stand over to 4th November 2025. 4.

In the meantime, condition (vi) of the said order is stayed till the next date.
