We have considered the contents of FIR No.231 registered on 13.10.2024 with the Mhaswad Police Station, District Nandurbar. A long list of close as well as distant relatives have been arrayed as accused. We expressed our disinclination to the extent of Applicant Nos.1, 2 and 3, who are the husband (Abdul Jabbar Shaik), mother-in-law (Amina Azad Teli) and father-in-law (Azad Nawab Teli) of the Complainant.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits, on instructions, that Applicant Nos.1, 2 and 3, would not press this application to their extent.

This Criminal Application is, therefore, disposed off to the extent of Applicant Nos.1, 2 and 3.

With regard to the rest of the Applicants, issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 24.03.2025. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1/State. 5.
Considering the above, let the charge-sheet be filed and the Trial Court would adjourn the proceedings for framing of the charge as against Applicant Nos.4 to 13, until the returnable date. There will be no impediment for framing of the charge as against Applicant Nos.1, 2 and 3.
