This is an Application for modification of condition (b) of the order dated 27th October 2025, whereby the Applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.75,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount, in addition to cash bail of Rs.1,00,000/-. 2.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application and in view of the submissions advanced by learned counsel, I am inclined to modify the said condition by reducing the amount of the P.R. Bond from Rs.75,000/- to Rs.25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

In the meantime, the cash bail of the said amount be accepted by the Trial Court for a period of four weeks. 5.

The condition for depositing Rs.1,00,000/- in addition to the PR Bond and sureties is deleted.

Rest of the order remains as it is.

The present Application is partly allowed and disposed of in the above terms.
