This is an application seeking cancellation of bail granted by the Trial Court by order dated 08th December, 2025. The said order is uploaded today as stated by the Counsel for the Applicant.

Issue notice to the Respondent No. 1, returnable within a day considering the urgency as stated by Mr. Irani, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.

Learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply a spare copy of the Application to the Registry to facilitate issuance of notice to the Respondent No. 1.

The Investigating Officer is also directed to serve Respondent No. 1 with a copy of the present Application alongwith its annexures and convey the next date of hearing in the matter to Respondent No. 1 which is tomorrow on production board at 03.00 p.m. For that purpose, learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply a copy of the Application alongwith its annexures to the Investigating Officer as well.
