Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-state.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has suffered contralateral by-pass surgery. Out of five witnesses, three witnesses have been examined and only two witnesses have remained to be examined. Hence, it is requested to allow the application. 3.
Learned APP submits that, the trial is in progress and requests to reject the application.
