This is an Application seeking cancellation bail granted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, vide order dated 5th January, 2021 passed in Bail Application No.2676/2020.

After arguing the matter, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Verma, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Application. 25th February 2026

Mr. Verma submits that the Applicant is being threatened and intimidated by the Accused / Respondent No.2, who has been granted bail, the cancellation of which is sought. Admittedly, the Applicant has not made any compliant to the Police Station nor to the Trial Court. 4.

Liberty is granted to the Applicant to file a complaint before the Police Station and / or make an application before the Trial Court, if he so desires. 5.

Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
