This application is filed by the applicant who is convicted under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, for commission of murder.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for State. Perused the record.

Applicant is convicted taking into consideration the evidence of eye witness, wife of the deceased. Prima facie, we find that there is sufficient material on record to sustain the conviction of the applicant. This is not a fit case to grant bail. Application is therefore rejected.
