Learned advocate appearing for applicant submits that vide order dated 24.09.2025, this Court granted leave to amend the application in light of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Pradnya Pranjal Kulkarni vs. State of Maharashtra and another, [Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.13424 of 2025] decided on 3rd September 2025. However, the order taking cognizance is not passed by Trial Court in pursuance of filing of charge sheet. Therefore, he seeks exemption from carrying out amendment in terms of order dated 24.09.2025. 2.

Considering submissions advanced, exemption as prayed is granted. List the application for further consideration on 13.02.2026.
