The applicant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount with accrued interest in the spinster name of the applicant i. e. Archana Govindrao Chaukale.

The applicant is facing difficulty though she is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in the High Court with accrued interest. She is armed with Aadhar Card, PAN card and bank passbook as Archana Govindrao Chaukale. This position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent. 3.

In that view of the matter, the criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The criminal application is disposed of.
