We have perused the F.I.R. No. 0466 of 2024, registered with Dhule Taluka Police Station, District Dhule, on 06.07.2024. The narration of the offence indicates a commercial transaction between the parties as regards the purchase and sale of an immovable property. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that this Application is filed with the consent of the complainant for seeking quashing of the F.I.R., on a joint request. The consent terms dated 11.10.2024, were placed before the learned Court dealing with Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1406 of 2024. The Applicants have already registered a Sale Deed in favour of the complainant, which was

Considering the above and keeping in view the law laid down in Narinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab, [2014] 4 S.C.R. 1012, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 28th April, 2025. The learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent No.1. 3.
