This Court, vide order dated 04th July, 2025, had issued notice to the respondents. Office note shows that the notice is not served on Respondent No.2 - victim for want of time.

Be that as it may. Since the notice was issued on 04th July, 2025 and till this date the Respondent No.2 - victim is not served, we direct that the present matter be listed on 16th January, 2026. If by that time the Respondent No.2 - victim is not served, the concerned Superintendent of Police is directed to file an affidavit explaining the steps taken for service of notice, before the next date.
