Taking into consideration the report, the learned counsel for the applicants is directed to correct the address of respondent No.2 within a period of one week. In fact, he ought not to have given the address of applicant Nos.1 to 4 as the address of respondent No.2, when it is specifically stated in the FIR that she is now residing with her father at Vavrath, Taluka Rahuri, District Ahilyanagar / Ahmednagar. For causing unnecessary delay, we impose costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to be deposited by the applicants with the High Court Legal Services Authority, Aurangabad, within the said period of one week.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to respondent No.2 on the amended address, to be made returnable four weeks thereafter.
