The learned counsel for the applicant has argued the application on the point of delay in trial and submits that the applicant is in jail from 03.03.2024 and the C.A. Report is not yet received. 3.

The learned APP submits that the trial can commence even before the CA Report is received.

The learned APP submits that endeavour would be made to receive the report within six (06) months.

Considering the above, in the event, the trial does not conclude within one (01) year, the applicant is at liberty to apply afresh for bail after one (01) year.
