These applications are between the same parties for transferring the proceedings from Loha, Dist. Nanded to Pune. The Criminal M. A. No. 26 of 2020 filed U/Sec. 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and P.W.D.V.A. No. 17 of 2020 filed before the J. M. F. C. Loha are sought to be transferred to the competent Court at Pune.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 23.04.2025. 3.

It is contended that applicant No. 1 have shifted to Pune along with children and she is finding it difficult to attend the
