Heard learned Advocates for the parties for some time. 2.
The Applicants in this Applications were initially protected by order dated 24 March 2025 and the same has been continued from time to time. The learned APP would not controvert this position.

It is pointed out that proceedings in ABA No. 695/2025 is not related to the present Application. The same be de-tagged from the present Applications.

The parties agree that the matter would consume some time. Accordingly, list the Applications for further hearing/consideration on 10 July, 2025 at 3.30 p.m.

In the meantime, the protection granted in favour of the Applicants to continue until the adjourned date of hearing. 6.
Anticipatory Bail Application No. 695/2025 has been ordered to be de-tagged. Matter has been subsequently mentioned. Learned Advocate for the Applicant would submit that there is no protection granted to the Applicant in this Application. Only one of the Applicant is protected in the said Application and others two Applicants are not protected.

Considering the such submission, list this Anticipatory Bail Application No. 695/2025 for further consideration on 8 July 2025. 8.
Criminal Application No. 1107 of 2025 to assist to APP is perused. The case is made in this regard. Accordingly the said application is allowed.
