Learned Advocate Mr. Rahul P. Savale submits that he has obtained no objection from the earlier Advocate and he has been instructed by the applicant to appear on his behalf. Learned Advocate submits that he has filed the Vakalatnama. If the Vakalatnama is as per the rules, then the office may take note of it.

Criminal Application No.1150 of 2025 is filed to permit the applicant to bring the legal representatives of respondent No.2 on record. Respondent No.2 is the original informant, who expired on 6th December 2022. The informant has lodged the FIR for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 419, 420, 463, 464, 468, 471, 474 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the contents of the FIR and the material that is collected in the investigation, certainly the informant, who is now deceased, should get representation and the original Application filed by the applicant is for quashing the FIR, then certainly the legal heirs are necessary parties. 3.
Therefore, Criminal Application No.1150 of 2025 stands allowed.
