1] This Court, by order dated 09.04.2025, has noted the submissions of the parties at para nos.1 to 3, as under :

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to add informant as party respondent in revision petition. Permission is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Mr.V.B.Jogdand, learned counsel appears for informant / respondent No.2. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant and the informant submit that parties have arrived at settlement and they are present in the court.

The parties shall appear before the Registrar Judicial today. Registrar Judicial to verify the settlement documents and submit the report before the next date. However, this Court will decide legality of the issue of acceptance of settlement at large stage. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the settlement has been verified. However, it is notice in the order that this Court will decide legality of the issue of acceptance of settlement at later stage.

3] In view of the same, list this matter on 25.06.2025.

4] The substantive sentenced imposed on the applicant in R.C.C.No.338/2004 by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parli (V), Dist Beed, on 18.01.2007, which is confirmed by Additional Sessions Judge-2, Ambajogai by order dated 04.09.2013 in Criminal Appeal No.08/2007, stands suspended till the next date.

5] The applicant be released on bail on the same terms and conditions imposed by the trial Court while granting bail. Bail before the trial Court.
