Upon disinclination is shown, even on the basis of First Information Report, to grant any relief to applicant No.3, learned Advocate for applicants seeks withdrawal of the application, upon instructions for him. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn as against applicant No.3. Matter to proceed for the reliefs claimed by applicant Nos.1 and 2.
