Advocate for Applicants : Mr. Chetan B. Chaudhari APP for Respondent No.1-State : Mr. S.A. Gaikwad ....

CORAM : SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI & SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, JJ.

Dated : 23rd June 2025 PER COURT :- 1.

Heard learned Advocate appearing for the applicants. Perused the First Information Report (for short "the F.I.R.") as well as the charge-sheet. It is very much clear from the F.I.R. itself that the alleged acts of cruelty were between 24.06.2001 to 01.10.2007 and the F.I.R. has been lodged on 29.10.2021. Respondent No.2/informant has clearly mentioned that since 2007, she is residing with her mother. Of course, she states that she as well as her children were driven out of the house in 2007, she has approached the Women Redressal Forum, Nandurbar on 04.08.2021. Therefore, in this case, the point of limitation is involved which will have to be gone through and therefore, a case is made out for issuing notice. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned APP waives service of notice for respondent No.1.

3.

Notice of respondent No.2 is made returnable on 18.07.2025. [ SANJAY A. DESHMUKH ] JUDGE [ SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI ] JUDGE asd
