Heard learned Advocates for the parties for some time. 2.

The attention of the Court is drawn to the order dated 15 April 2025 by which, the Applicants are protected. The protection is continued from time to time till today. This fact is not controverted by the learned APP.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances and considering the subsequent developments, the Investigating Officer, Ashti Police Station is directed to place on record an affidavit with regard to the details submitted the Court during the course of hearing. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants would also file an affidavit as he has alleged that the Applicants assaulted the Informant in the presence of the Investigating Officer of Ashti Police Station and/or Shirur Police Station. Such affidavit shall be filed on or before the adjourned date of hearing.

List the proceedings for further hearing/consideration on 21 July 2025.

The protection granted in favour of the Applicants to continue until the adjourned date of hearing.
