This is an appeal challenging the conviction awarded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge, Bhokar dated 15th March 2025, by which the appellant was convicted for commission of offence punishable under Section 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
