Applicant is challenging judgment and order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Criminal M. A. No. 80 of 2021 by the Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court No. 04) Nandurbar. 2.

There is statutory alternate remedy available to the applicant to challenge the impugned judgment and order. Hence this Court is not inclined to entertain the criminal application.
