Instant application is filed seeking permission to correct name of the applicant wherever it appears in bail application. 2.

Learned counsel points out that, applicant has been granted bail vide order dated 23.04.2025 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 425 of 2025. That, in the bail application, wherever name of the applicant is appearing, including title clause of the application, it is inadvertently typed as "Jaidkhan Amarjadkhan Pathan". However, correct name of the applicant is "Zaidkhan Amjadkhan Pathan". Thus, the application.

Heard. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed off accordingly. 4.
