PER COURT :- 1.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants have approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0710/2024, dated 07/10/2024, registered with MIDC Police Station, Jalgaon, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 34 of IPC.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants will provide a fresh machinery to the informant within four weeks. He also submits that the old machinery has been repaired and if payment towards the repair charges are made, he would be willing to return it. He further states that the applicants are willing to release the machines. The statement of the applicant is accepted.

Considering the statement made on behalf of the applicants, they are Page 1 of
937 ABA 580-2025 granted interim protection till 20/06/2025.

In the meanwhile, there shall be interim order in the following terms : - A] Till the next date, in the event the applicants are arrested in connection with FIR No.0710/2024, dated 07/10/2024, registered with MIDC Police Station, Jalgaon, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 34 of IPC, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
B] The applicants shall remain present before the investigating officer as and when required by the investigating officer. C] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation, including producing all documents in his possession, as may be demanded by the investigating officer.
D] The applicants shall not influence the informant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case and he shall not tamper with the evidence.

Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may result in this order being cancelled.
