In the meantime as discussed during the course of hearing, learned Advocate for the Applicants would take instructions regarding depositing the Applicant of allegedly misappropriated amount and also on the tyre remolding machine which according to the learned Advocate for the Informant is lying with the Applicants.

Interim relief granted in favour of the Applicants by an order dated 2 May 2025 shall continue till the adjourned date of hearing. 5.
