The Applicant are protected by an order dated 2 May 2025. Pursuant to the order dated 18 July 2025, the learned Advocate for the Applicant undertakes to comply with the said order in terms of handing over the said tyre remolding machine to the Informant, as agreed between the parties. He would communicate the date of khs/July 2025/580

- 2 - dispatch of the machine to the Informant.

The protection granted to the Applicants by the earlier order dated 2 May 2025 shall continue till the adjourned date of hearing. There would be an endeavour to pass appropriate orders on the adjourned date of hearing.
