The applicant has circulated a note for speaking to the minutes without mentioning the reason in the note why he wants to circulate the same, however, on query, he submitted that in paragraph nos.4 and 5 of the order dated 29th September 2025, this Court has inadvertently due to typographical mistake observed that the applicant is ready to deposit 15% of the cheque amount though it was expressed that 10% costs of the cheque amount can be levied and accordingly directed to deposit the 15% of the cheque amount. Therefore, he submitted that the same be corrected to 10% instead of 15%. The learned advocate for the respondent does not dispute Shrikant Malani

902.REVN.165.2025.odt his submissions and consented to them. He further canvassed that the applicant is ready to deposit 10% of the cheque amount. 2.

In view of this submission, in the interest of justice, I deem it appropriate to correct the typographical error and pass the following order accordingly.

In view of the above, it would be appropriate to rectify the said typographical mistake by directing the applicant to deposit 10% of the cheque amount towards the cost instead of 15%. Accordingly, the correction to be carried out in paragraph No. 4 of the order dated 29th September 2025, as "The applicant is ready to deposit 10% of the cheque amount as cost". Similarly, in paragraph No.5, "the applicant is directed to deposit 10% of the cheque amount before the Legal Services of Authority, Ahmednagar," instead of 15%.
