This application is filed for condonation of delay of 928 days caused in filing criminal appeal. It is stated that, initially under wrong advise the applicants had filed a writ petition. It is only after realizing that appeal is maintainable, the appeal is filed. 3.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow the application. The criminal application, therefore, stands allowed. Delay of 928 days is hereby condoned. Office to register the criminal appeal. 4.

The criminal application stands disposed of.
