Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants. 2.
The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the complaint lodged by the respondent No.2 is only by way of abuse of process of law. The marriage took place in the year 2017. From 2018 till 2020, she was pursuing her education and became radiologist and thereafter she started residing with her parents. Thus, there is no much association as family members as the present applicants are the motherin-law and father-in-law of Respondent No.2. Their addresses are different. The applicants are residing in Thane whereas the respondent
Ethape ( 2 ) 31-APPLN-1950-2025 No.2 is residing at Chalisgaon Dist. Jalgaon. He thus submits that there is no question of sharing common household. Learned Advocate for the applicant further submits that thus no case is made out to proceed under Domestic Violence Act.

Considering above, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 15th July 2025.

Learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent No.1/State. 5.
In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B).
