Having considered the nature of the dispute, in my view, this case deserves to be referred to Mediation to resolve the dispute between the parties. Hence, at the request of the learned advocates for both parties, the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of settling the dispute. 2.

The parties have suggested for appointing 'Mr. R. M. Deshmukh, a learned advocate, as a Mediator by consent. As such, the Coordinator of the Subcommittee is requested to appoint Mr. R. M. Deshmukh' as a Mediator to resolve the dispute between the parties.
