The learned APP submits that the concerned Investigating Officer was transferred and, therefore, could not remain present before the Court. He seeks recall of the order dated 21/04/2025, by which this Court had directed the issuance of a bailable warrant against the Investigating Officer. 2.

Until further hearing, the operation of the order dated 21/04/2025 shall remain in abeyance. Consequently, any bailable warrant issued pursuant to the said order shall also remain in abeyance. 3.
