Today, Mr Patil, learned Counsel for the respondent submits that he wants to produce statement of assets and liabilities on record on the next date of hearing, however, during the course of hearing, it reveals that amount of Rs.25000/- is still in arrears of

749.24crwp (2) regular maintenance being paid under the Domestic Violence proceedings. He accordingly requests for time of two weeks to produce the statement.

The petitioner being wife is not getting her maintenance regularly. Therefore, respondent is directed to deposit Rs.25,000/- within a period of one week from today. He also file affidavit-in-reply along with statement of assets and liabilities immediately thereafter. 4.
