CORAM : SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI AND SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, JJ.
DATED : 17th JULY, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.
Learned advocate Mr. Reddy h/f Mr. Fayaz K. Patel submits that the learned advocate on record has filed a leave note. We had asked learned advocate, who is holding for him, as to what is the reason for filing leave note. Upon instructions, he makes a statement that learned advocate on record has gone out of station for his personal work. This cannot be a reasonable ground for adjourning the matter. Time and again, this court had stated that the leave notes of the advocates are not binding on the court unless a reasonable ground is shown. The matter was got circulated by the learned advocate on record and therefore, he should have made himself available before the Court. Because of his act, the applicants should not suffer and therefore, we are imposing costs.
cran2053.25 -22.
Place the matter for further consideration on 19.08.2025 subject to deposit of costs of Rs.2,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Aurangabad, within a period of one week from today.

We make it clear that if the costs amount is not deposited, then the application will stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the court. If the costs amount is deposited, then it is to be listed on the given date and not prior to that date. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) (SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J.) rlj/
