Today, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is suffering from mental health issues and is currently undergoing treatment. He further submits that the applicant intends to move an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking release on this ground. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the present application without arguing the matter on merits and prays for liberty to file a fresh bail application at an appropriate stage.

In view of the above submissions, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh application as prayed for. 3.
