Learned Counsel Mr. Nirmal for the complainant states that he has received only refund of amount of Rs.3,80,000/-, whereas Mr. Ajinkya Kale holding for Talekar and Associates for the Applicant, informs that the entire amount of refund is paid to the complainant as is mentioned in detail in the present application through UPI. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that as of now nothing remained to be paid because there was dispute arose out of some misunderstanding.

As against this, the learned APP states that the present

2 917.ABA-775-2025.doc Applicant is a habitual offender and has similarly cheated other gullible citizens and various First Information Reports are filed in the State of Maharashtra against the present Applicant. 4.

In my opinion therefore, no case for ad-interim relief is made out as of now. The interim relief is rejected. However the learned APP is requested to bring on record the entire crime chart against the present Applicant.
