By the present application under Section 447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant / wife prays for transfer of Regular Criminal Case No.233 of 2024 from the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nandurbar to the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dharangaon, District Jalgaon.

The non-applicant has filed affidavit-in-reply and raised no objection for transfer.

In view of above, the Regular Criminal Case No.233 of 2024, is hereby withdrawn from the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nandurbar and transferred to the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dharangaon, District Jalgaon. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Application is disposed off. 6.

The order of this Court be communicated to both the Courts.
