Recently, relying on the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, reported in [2025 SCC OnLine SC 1578], the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Application No.4711/2024 (Rohidas Babusing Rathod vs. The State of Maharashtra and another) passed the order on 12.09.2025 and observed that the service of notice through Whatsapp is not legal

In view of the above, re-issue notice to respondent No.2 returnable on 06.10.2025.
