Present application is filed seeking quashment of F.I.R. in Crime No.27 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025 registered with Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Aurangabad for offences punishable under Sections 352, 3(5), 118(1), 115 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and consequential charge sheet.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned APP points out that A-summary Report No.81 of 2025 dated 10.05.2025 has been filed in the Court after due investigation and same is pending for consideration. 3.

In light of submissions advanced, criminal application has been disposed of with liberty in favour of applicant to approach this Court in case occasion arises.
