By this application, the applicant/accused seeks cancellation of the non-bailable warrant issued against her. The reason for not attending the appeal is given as advocate representing her, is from Mumbai and she has also started residing at Mumbai, she could not establish contact with her advocate. The applicant / accused was not aware about listing of her appeal for final hearing. Hence, non-bailable warrant was issued against her.

The applicant / accused has tendered unconditional apology for inadvertent mistake on her part and she has undertaken to remain present either personally or through advocate for final hearing of the appeal.

We have already commenced final hearing of the connected appeal, which is filed by accused No.1.

In view of the above, the order of issuance of non-bailable warrant issued against the applicant / accused, is recalled. 5.
The applicant shall diligently prosecute the final hearing of her appeal.

Criminal application is accordingly disposed of. 7.
List Criminal Appeal No.345 of 2017 with connected Criminal Appeal No.364 of 2017, on 26/06/2025.
