Mr. Joydeep Chatterji, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the appeal is pending for long time and he has already communicated with the applicants / appellants. Thereafter, the court issued notice. That was also not responded by the applicants / appellants. There is already NBW was issued by this court. The learned counsel submits that due to long pendency of appeal, the applicants were not aware of the listing of the same. He assures that the appeal will not go unattended. He tenders unconditional apology.

Considering the statement made above before this court and that the applicants / appellants are present in the court, who are identified by the learned counsel for the applicants / appellants, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", which reads as under:
"[B] The order dated 11.03.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Criminal Appeal No.851/2004 issuing non-bailable warrants against the applicants may kindly be recalled." 3.
